THE ACT OF GRATITUDE

Are you a living being reading this post now? Did you tell the keeper and giver of life thank you for making you a living testimony today? If you didn't, just stop right now and begin to thank the Lord that neither sleeps nor slumber for your sake just because He wants to make sure that your mission on earth is made manifest. Your attitude of gratituDe towards GoD Determines the multitude of blessings that accompany you in life because when you appreciate God for the little He has done,another door of blessing is opened for you. Assuming you share four oranges to four little children and after sharing only one of them receives it with thanksgiving as if you gave him a bag of oranges,how will you feel? The same way you will feel is the same way God feels when we show Him gratitude over the little things He does in our lives.
The ten lepers in Luke 17:12-17,were all healed but only one came back to show gratitude to the Lord and the Lord pronounced upon his life that He has been made whhole . The other nine were cleansed but he was cleansed and made whole just because He went back to show gratituDe.
2 Corinthians 9:11 Being enriched in everything to all bountifullness whhich causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

FACTS AND TRUTH

Some times christians seem to meddle FACT with TRUTH but read on and see the clarity of these two. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth and the life" so if you have Jesus in you then the truth is in you but when Jesus is not in you then the fact is in you.
Knowing the truth but not having the truth is a fact but knowing the truth and having the truth with you is the real truth. If you know the truth about a situation and then instead of saying the truth you begin to formulate lies, these  lies are mere facts to back up or cover up the real truth. 
One thing is sure the truth remains the truth even after Decades or generations but facts will change with time. This is the reason why the Bible still remains the same right from when it was first written because it contains the truth and not facts. According to Pst. E. A. ADeboye, facts are what can be physically perceived in a given situation, it's a product of  the natural human senses. Some facts are true though but not all facts are truths. John 14:17 says "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Let the Spirit be in you and it shall lead and Direct you.

ARE YOU JESUS?

Has anyone ever asked you if you were Jesus? Or has anyone ever told you that you are God sent?
READ THIS STORY
A few years ago a group of salesmen went to a regional sales convention in Chicago .. They had assured their wives that they would be home in plenty of time for Friday night's dinner. In their rush, with tickets and briefcases, one of these salesmen inadvertently kicked over a table which held a display of apples. Apples flew everywhere. Without stopping or looking back, they all managed to reach the plane in time for their nearly-missed boarding...
ALL BUT ONE!!! He paused, took a deep breath, got in touch with his feelings and experienced a twinge of compassion for the girl whose apple stand had been overturned.
He told his buddies to go on without him, waved good-bye, told one of them to call his wife when they arrived at their home destination and explain his taking a later flight. Then he returned to the terminal where the apples were all over the terminal floor.
He was glad he did. The 16-year-old girl was totally blind! She was softly crying, tears running down her cheeks in frustration, and at the same time helplessly groping for her spilled produce as the crowd swirled about her; no one stopping and no one to care for her plight.
The salesman knelt on the floor with her, gathered up the apples, put them back on the table and helped organize her display. As he did this, he noticed that many of them had become battered and bruised; these he set aside in another basket.
When he had finished, he pulled out his wallet and said to the girl, "Here, please take this $40 for the damage we did. Are you okay?"She nodded through her tears. He continued on with, "I hope we didn't spoil your day too badly."
As the salesman started to walk away, the bewildered blind girl called out to him, "Mister...." He paused and turned to look back into those blind eyes. She continued, "Are you Jesus?"
He stopped in mid-stride .... and he wondered. He gently went back and said, "No, I am nothing like Jesus - He is good, kind, caring, loving, and would never have bumped into your display in the first place.
"The girl gently nodded: "I only asked because I prayed for Jesus to help me gather the apples. He sent you to help me, so you are like Him - only He knows who will do His will. Thank you for hearing His call, Mister."
Then slowly he made his way to catch the later flight with that question burning and bouncing about in his soul: "Are you Jesus?"
Do people mistake you for Jesus?
That's our destiny, is it not? To be so much like Jesus that people cannot tell the difference as we live and interact with a world that is blind to His love, life and grace.
If we claim to know Him, we should live, walk and act as He would. Knowing Him is more than simply quoting scripture and going to church. It's actually living the Word as life unfolds day to day.
You are the apple of His eye even though you, too, have been bruised by a fall. He stopped what He was doing and picked up you and me on a hill called Calvary and paid in full for our damaged fruit.

You are addressed a worker not because of the office you occupy or the duty you perform but because of the spirit that follows you.
          Every work of the kingdom attracts blessings but where you have worked for decades and no blessing is recorded then something is wrong. When a man lacks the understanding of what to do he does everything that comes his way in the name of God. Kingdom work has a pattern secret to men and must not be done by all men.

WRONG WORKS OF THE SPIRIT

There are works of the spirit that are considered to be wrong,wrong not because they are bad but wrong because they will expire. Some examples of works of the Spirit that will expire are deliverance,healings,miracles etc. Have you ever heard of Naaman?  2Kings5
Elisha after doing the work of the Spirit on Naaman discovered that the person has no destiny in God so he refused his sacrifice of appreciation. This is where so many men of God are failing because they exercise their spiritual gits without investigating destiny. When Elisha noticed that Gehazi had accepted the gifts he poured out the anger on him because he knew inside him that it will be recorded against him as wrong work of the spirit. If God had wanted him to heal Naaman He would have revealed it to him but it was Elisha that askedd Naaman to come so that he can exercise his spiritual gift and make fame which is the order of the day for today's pastors. 2Kings5:8
          The activities of the flesh is to weaken the spirit that is why the Bible says "........the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak"-Mark 14:38. We all know that spiritual works are wonderful works but I want to let you know as it is revealed by the Holy Spirit that there are wrong works of the Spirit. Every work a man does will be recorded for him but let the work of a man of God not be recorded against him as a wrong work of the spirit.
          As a Pastor,if you receive a gift from an evil person evil surrounds you. The deeper you grow in spirit,the cooler and more humble you should become like a child but today the greater the anointing of a pastor the more cars he gets,the more pride he has. 
          You are not to exercise your spiritual gift on everybody you see in church because not everybody you see in church are human beings before you drag yourself to your early grave as a result of wrong work of the spirit.
In John 6:1-4;26-27,Jesus is seen running away from displaying his spiritual gift,he gave the bread before but now He is running away from giving bread "Labour not for the meat which perisheth,but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life....."
When work is done for a man spiritually and the man has no place in God's kingdom,the work done will surely expire.

SEE WHAT PASTORS ARE DOING TO DRIVE BIG CARS

It is not news that in the society today Men Of God are those driving the biggest cars with even their names displayed on the plate number and all claim they are doing the work of the spirit. I hope it is not the wrong work of the spirit for we have so many pastors practicing this.
          There are wrong works of the spirit,but what makes the work wrong? The answer is,the work will be rejected after a short while. The works are wrong but not bad. For instance,one goes to the market to buy food stuffs but on getting to the house he was told that one of the items he bought was the wrong item,the item isn't bad but it's wrong for the purpose at the time.As a result, the item will be rejected making his work rejected.
WHAT WORK OF THE SPIRIT ARE PASTORS DOING?
        I hope it's not the wrong work.
You prophesy and at the end you score yourself.
You conduct healing and deliverance and at the end you score yourself .Has a student ever written an exam and scored himself?
          God's liberty has brought insult. God's work on earth is what nobody calls him for but because he observes and is moved to work.
The entrance of a soul in church can be a problem to the Pastor in heaven.Just because you want a man to stay in church and dddonate money,you annoint him and declare him an elder,this is a wrong work. Whatsoever work you ask God to do,He may do it but He will re-examine it.
There are also members in church who put their hope in the Pastors for their problems to be solved and loose focus totally on God. The priority in a man's mind has something to with his destiny.
Exodus 3:7-9;32:1-8
Godd said to Moses,the people you brought out.....while the people were saying the man who brought us out....Pastors don't allow members to drag you to hell by causing you to exercise the gift of God wrongly.
Because it was the wrong work of the spirit,Moses never ended well.Miracle can't change destiny.No matter how you serve God,at the appointed time destiny will speak.

Anything that comes in the form of three comes so strong and if somebody doesn't confuse you,you will confuse yourself,if you don't confuse yourself the devil will sneak into your life to confuse you .Adam couldn't confuse himself but Satan stepped in and confused him through the wife Eve. Most of us,the words we speak are not the original words but borrowed words just because we heard another person say it.

          It's not the confusion that is the problem but the celebration of confusion. You are foolish and you are celebrating it,you heard something and instead of confirming the source if it is from God,you begin to spread it left,right and center. The ability to confirm is spiritual,Lot's wife lacked the ability to confirm and that is why she perished.In Egypt,Moses dropped his staff and it became snake,the physicians of Egypt also dropped staff and it became snake which caused confusion for the onlookers.Both were snakes but the sources were ddifferent,one was from God(light) and the other from satan(darkness).When you see somebody pretty,find out the source first,when somebody brings you a message just find out the source first,for even truth can come from a wrong source.
          No matter the truth you say,when the source is wrong,heaven will reject it.Though,the church is open for everybody to come in,not everybody should stay.
No matter how strong the force of confusion is,He who made you will not leave you comfortless -Amen.
          John1:5 "And the light shineth in darkness;and the darkness comprehended it not."
Some pastors are preaching the gospel with philosophy and logic,Christ is not logic but salvation. You can't serve God politically because this is confusion. Today men have taken the place of God,they act like God,they talk and finalise,they speak andd seal,they fail to go back and listen to God to finish it for them and one thing about God is He can never be predicted. As you are expecting Him to come from north,He will come from south and this where His own confusion comes from.Everybody expected that Christ Jesus was going to come through the throne of men in a furnished building but it wasn't so. In whatever thing you do always know that control is not for you but of the Lord.

COMPTROLLER OF PRISONS ARRESTED

THE PLACE OF GOD

When somebody builds a house,no one furnishes the house for him but he furnishes and equips the house to suit his test and purpose. Though the Bible says ask and it shall be given,it didn't say that u must ask for everything .Now the question is
(1) Since you started asking,has the prayer been answered?
Your request are not granted because you ask amiss

Men have now taken the place of God by furnishing the house of God which is you and I. God created you and knows how to furnish and equip you to suit the purpose for which He created you. God's provision is continuous.
Secondly,why we ask and don't get is because that thing God gave to us initially,He has not derived any profit from it and then you are making demands for extra thing.
Some of us,the more we pray the more we run shortage of what we have. Our prayers have made God irresponsible. Use what He has given to you and stop demanding for what he hasn't given to you .In Acts1:4-5,the people were satisfied with what they were ddoing(preaching the word)but Godd asked then to wait and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
N/B The secret in succeeding in Christ Jesus is to succeed in the little He has given to you. God that called you into service will furnish you and equip you accordingly because you are his house.
